This allows trailers typically found working on a farm along with all others towed for business and pleasure to meet the requirements of the #puwer98regs without added expense or inspection cost, incurred if Purchased without a #TillyPass certificate. The rural insurer NFU Mutual Mutual is providing advice to help farmers make sure that tractors and trailers are correctly matched and maintenance schedules are in place to minimise the risk of accidents.
